About Plus Size OnlyFans Creators
On this directory, Plus Size is a catalogue label that creators select for their own profiles. The labels appearing beside it show what sits alongside those accounts: Big Beautiful Woman and BBW / Big Beautiful Woman repeat the same phrase under two spellings, while Chubby and Curvy sit close by. Further out in the catalogue, Big Tits, Lingerie, Submissive, Latina, Tattooed and Black Hair appear on the same profiles. That spread indicates the label covers a range of accounts without fixing what any one of them posts.
The page lists 139 creators, 549,449 likes, 19,207 followers, 16,297 posts and 5,951 videos as of October 2026. It collects the accounts carrying the Plus Size label, with the places where they are listed and the labels that appear beside them in the catalogue.
Antioquia holds the largest count, with 13 creators, ahead of Medellรญn at 12 and Bogotรก at 4. The regional figure for Antioquia also counts creators listed only at regional level, so the Medellรญn city page is a list of its own inside the region rather than a slice of that number.
No place reaches the national share of 0.7%. Antioquia leads on density among the places listed, at 0.4%, with Medellรญn level at 0.4% and Bogotรก on 0.2%. Measured per resident, Medellรญn returns 0.5 per hundred thousand, which puts it first on that count while Antioquia stays ahead on share: one measure describes the local creator pool, the other the residents around it. Elsewhere in Antioquia, outside the Medellรญn page, the share is 0.8%.
